His Royal Highness Prince Harry will visit Estonia on May 16 and 17.
With his visit, Prince Harry wishes to thank the people of Estonia and the Estonian Defence Forces for their cooperation in Afghanistan. On the first day of his visit, as part of a public ceremony, Prince Harry will place a wreath at the base of the monument to the War of Independence. Following the ceremony, the Prince will attend a reception at the Riigikogu, the Estonian Parliament, where he will meet with members of the government and parliament, as well as Estonian soldiers who were wounded, many of whom were treated together with British soldiers at the Headley Court Clinic in Great Britain.
On the second day of his visit, Prince Harry will visit the Estonian Defence Forces annual “Spring Storm” training exercises and will meet with the President of the Republic Toomas Hendrik Ilves and Commander of the Defence Forces Riho Terras, as well as members of the Defence Forces participating in the exercises.
