On Monday, December 17th an important meeting will be held on the site of a proposed condo and commercial development at the Bloor Street United Church, McClure Hall, on the corner of Bloor and Huron.
That development would back on to 9 Madison Ave which is the site selected for the planned International Estonian Centre. The Annex Residents’ Association (ARA) has participated with developers and the City in multiple meetings about the development which seemingly has resulted in a revised application for a 27-storey mixed use building with 251 residential units and two separate mezzanines in the base building.
At 27 storeys the building at 300 Bloor St. West would be lower than was initially proposed but would still be higher than the neighbouring Tartu College.
