June 21 - KW Latvian Church had a memorial church service in honour of the 1941 & 1949 deportees, at Doon Village 150 year old church. Service was lead by reverends Anita & Ivars Gaide. Further a 'kokle' short concert was performed by "Teiksma" from Latvia. A fabulous event. Thank you to all participants!!!
