Estonian International Centre KESKUS in Toronto has announced a date for the planned start of construction. The development team guiding the KESKUS project on Madison Ave has a history of missed deadlines that they have blamed on the ongoing pandemic.
The new construction start date is now planned to coincide with the 104th Estonian Independence Day on February 24th of this year. According to the press release, KESKUS has obtained all necessary building permits. Development manager David Kalm has announced that KESKUS will be opening in 2023, noting that “the construction phase is on an aggressive schedule and we will update as we go, making it easy to follow along on this building journey.”
The issuance of the building permit has not been independently verified, as the City of Toronto permit website still lists the process as incomplete.

Please look at the Board members of the KESKUS.
Without exception, they have sterling credentials and accomplishments.
Allan Meiusi doesn't compare well to any one of them. With no credentials, apart from the "reverse-Midas touch", he has left wreakage in his wake.
Now, he's turned his hand to Ehatare.

Enough of your belly-aching already!
If you had a legitimate complaint, you'd be specific about it and tell us who has been driven away? By who? And for what reason?
Give us some names. Specify what they've done wrong!
You should also identify yourself, so we can drop the assumption that you are Allan Meiusi.

If it’s true that permits were granted (we’ve heard all of this before), then great. But please don’t pretend that there is a single community activist or volunteer participating in this project. This is being driven by one person’s out-of-control ego who has made themself a paid employee. There is not a credible community volunteer or leader in sight- they have been kept away at all costs. The division this has caused in the community is heartbreaking.
