Lembitu's Scouts have spent time during their 2007 meetings learning about Toronto's history and familiarizing themselves with landmarks and infrastructure. Last Saturday's koondus saw them set off on an exploration of the downtown core via the TTC and the underground PATH system, visiting
historic and significant buildings. One such stop was in front of Toronto's 4th City Hall, designed by Finnish architect Viljo Revell, where on the 24th of February the Estonian flag will be raised in commemoration of Estonia's Independence Day as it has since during Soviet occupation. From the left: Eerik Randsalu, Andres Jeeger, Lenni Vanaselja (hoisted high by a hidden Paul Sehr), Aleks Jõgi, Mihkel Kütti, Erik Rannala, Robert Vilde and Kristjan Naelapea.
