Directly translated this means "running time", but is actually a play on words. Jooksuaeg refers to the time when animals begin running - in search of a mate. With the streets finally clear of snow and ice running is certainly facilitated and rollerbladers have also come out of the woodwork.
Although temperatures have barely cracked the 10-degree mark, the smell of the wet earth, chorus of birds and patchy sunlight (between bouts of hail and rain showers) make one's thoughts turn to... jogging! Springtime on the shores of the Baltic: a time to run, shop and make like a bunny!
