Unknown recipient, Corneliu Chisu, MP, Mai Alliksaar, Markus Alliksaar
Markus Alliksaar, a well known member of Estonian community in Canada, president of Toronto Estonian Rifle and Pistol Club and member of the board of Estonian House in Toronto was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal on Tuesday, July 10th at Queens's Park, Toronto, ON.
The medal was awarded to Markus for his dedicated work to promote the sport of marksmanship in Canada.
The medal was presented by Corneliu Chisu, MP and Tracy MacCharles, MPP.

Has any previous member of the TER&PC received a Queen's medal for "dedicated work to promote the sport of marksmanship in Canada" ?
