Position of Canadians of Eastern and Central European heritage to Russia’s May 9th celebration of the 60th anniversary of “Victory over Fascism.”
Canada has been invited to attend May 9th in Moscow. Canadian citizens will urge Canadian and other world representatives to publicly expose the Russian Federation’s blatant distortion of events surrounding pre- and post- World War II and to concur with the organizers of the press conference that May 9th 1945 was really the first day of “The Cold War.”
