Ottawa – The online consultation on the Government of Canada's progress to meet the first-year commitments in its Open Government Action Plan announced in a news release on August 19, 2013, has now been extended to September 16.
"We want to provide Canadians with a further opportunity to share their views on the Government of Canada's progress in implementing our commitments to our partners in the Open Government Partnership," said Minister Clement. "These include fostering greater transparency, providing Canadians with more opportunities to learn about and participate in government, driving innovation and economic opportunities for all Canadians and, at the same time, creating a more cost-effective, efficient and responsive government."
The online consultation -
