When Justin Trudeau was first elected, he would get sucked into long, rambling interviews with reporters and invariably have to apologize for “saying the right thing, the wrong way,” as one adviser put it.
More than a decade later, he has learned the hard way.
At his morning press briefing, he was asked to comment on the tear-gassing of peaceful protestors in Washington, so that President Donald Trump could pose outside St. John’s Episcopal Church, holding a Bible.
Trudeau paused…and paused…and paused – 21 seconds in total.....

For some reason from this site the corrected link switches to another article number, not found. The June article on underlying conditions includes historical context. The earlier article is by a dual Canadian-American citizen.
So that's "www." and the correct article numbers can be typed in 610261 and 609532. The page(s) are not found at 300610.
The interview from the TVO public affairs show is an excellent eye-opener.
