A new application has been submitted to rezone properties 954-958 Broadview Ave (current Toronto Estonian House and 2 adjacent properties).
The proposed application from Revera envisions an 18 storey building, set back behind the heritage building and stepping down in height to a 6-storey podium to the west, and to 4 storeys along the south façade. The proposal will have a total gross floor area of 18,270 square metres, with 214 suites including assisted living and independent living suites, all of which will be rental in tenure. It will also include 64 parking spaces.
