NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS.
Estonian House Shareholder are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Estonian House in Toronto Limited on Wednesday April 18, 2018 in the Grand Hall of the Estonian House at 958 Broadview Avenue. This meeting is a private meeting of the corporation and is closed to the general public.
Invitations have been mailed, and where requested emailed, to all Shareholders. Shareholders who are unable to attend are urged to assign a proxy. Shareholders must register proxies six (6) hours in advance of the meeting.
Shareholders can register proxies by mail, addressed to the Secretary Eric Sehr at 958 Broadview Avenue, or by fax to 416-461-2017, or by email to , or deposited in-person at the Estonian House Management Office. Any proxies submitted after 12:30 pm on April 18th will not be accepted. The purpose of this process is to reduce delays associated with registration and entry to the meeting.
