Funeral Service to be held on Friday, July 24th, at 2 PM in the Mount Pleasant Visitation Centre, 375 Mt. Pleasant Road (just south of Davisville in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery). After the service the wake will be held at the same location. Visitation on Thursday, July 23rd at the Centre from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Paavo Loosberg’s considerable contributions to his people and countries were he had served were acknowledged by high merit awards – awarded in 1997 by the Republic of Estonia, by Finland in 2002, and in 2008 by the Estonian Central Council in Canada.
A staunch patriot, who deserved the recognition of the free Estonian people wherever he resided, he will be missed.
