The case of Tallinn Municipal Police Director Kaimo Järvik and bailiff Priit Lantin will be settled through a plea bargain since both have confessed involvement in a bribery scheme.
Järvik and Lantin were taken into custody by KAPO on January 8 and were released a day later. Since they pleaded guilty to the charges, the Northern Circuit Prosecutor's Office didn't apply for their immediate arrest, uudised.err.ee reported.
