ERR NewsPolice searched the local government building in the town of Rakvere to investigate the legality of public procurements from 2007 to 2009.
Jelena Filippova, press representative for the East Prefecture, told uudised.err.ee that the search was conducted on November 10 and criminal proceedings have already been instigated.
