TORONTO, June 19 /CNW/ - Summer is the freedom to do absolutely nothing
.. and, when that gets boring, let the TTC take you somewhere fun. Need a few
suggestions? Try these TTC services that change for the season beginning on
Sunday, June 22.

194 ZOO ROCKET - (ACCESSIBLE BUSES) - TO TORONTO ZOO
- New seasonal service
New summer express service will run to the Toronto Zoo from Scarborough
Centre Station. First trip departs from the station at 8:40 a.m.; buses
run every 20 minutes daily until 8 p.m. This service operates to (and
including) Labour Day, Mon., Sept. 1. The 85 SHEPPARD EAST and 86
SCARBOROUGH routes will continue to serve the Zoo from Sheppard-Yonge
Station, Don Mills Station, Rouge Hill GO Station and Kennedy Station.

30 LAMBTON - TO HIGH PARK
- Seasonal route extension
Service will run into High Park on the 30B (Kipling Station-High Park via
High Park Stn) branch on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, between 10 a.m.
and 6:30 p.m. Buses will run every 20 minutes on Saturdays, and every 30
minutes on Sundays. This extension runs to (and including) Labour Day,
Mon., Sept. 1.

65 PARLIAMENT - (ACCESSIBLE BUSES) - TO DISTILLERY DISTRICT
- New seasonal service
New seasonal service will run during the daytime on Saturdays, between
Castle Frank Station, Union Station and the Distillery District on Mill
Street, east of Parliament Street. The new 65D (Castle Frank Stn-Union
Stn via Mill St) branch replaces the 65A (Castle Frank Stn-Union Stn)
Saturday branch. First Saturday trip leaves Union Station at 8:10 a.m.;
buses run every 20 minutes; no change to Sunday services. This service
runs to (and including) Sat., Aug. 30. Monday-Friday daytime service to
Mill Street from Union Station is provided by the 72A PAPE (Union Stn-
Pape Stn) bus.

80 QUEENSWAY - TO WESTERN BEACHES
- New seasonal service
New summer Sunday and holiday service will be added, thus providing new
seven-day-a-week summer service from Keele Station to the western
beaches. First Sunday trip leaves Keele Station at 9 a.m.; buses run
every 30 minutes until 7 p.m. on the 80 (Keele Stn-Sherway) branch, which
replaces the 80B (Humber Loop-Sherway) Sunday branch. This service runs
to (and including) Labour Day, Mon., Sept. 1.

192 AIRPORT ROCKET - (ACCESSIBLE BUSES) - TO PEARSON AIRPORT
- Seasonal service increase
Service will be increased for the summer, as ridership to and from the
airport increases. Service during the morning and late evening will be
improved to every 20 minutes all day, every day.

511 BATHURST - TO EXHIBITION, ONTARIO PLACE
- Seasonal service increase
Service will be increased to accommodate more summer travel to Exhibition
Place and Ontario Place. From Monday to Friday: higher-capacity
articulated streetcars will replace conventional streetcars. On
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: additional streetcars will be added to
improve service to about every 8 minutes.

509 HARBOURFRONT - TO TORONTO WATERFRONT, EXHIBITION, ONTARIO PLACE
- Seasonal service increase
Service will be increased during the midday, afternoon rush hour and
evenings from Monday to Friday, and during the daytime and early evening
on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. From Monday to Friday: streetcars run
every 10 minutes until 7 p.m. and every 12 minutes after 7 p.m. On
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: streetcars run every 8 minutes until
10 p.m.
