The Finnnish Lappeenranta city courts decided in favour of the Estonian firm Viisnurk, accused in a five year court process of violating corporation secrets. According to Viisnurk, the company chairman Meelis Kukk and its director of development Toivo Kuldmäe were not guilty of revealing corporate secrets or abuse of position in the firm. The court found that the corporate secrets, as the basis for an accusation, did not exist.

Soome Lappeenranta linnakohus tunnistas AS Viisnurga ja selle juhid pärast kuus aastat kestnud kohtuvaidlust väidetava ärisaladuse rikkumise osas õigeks. Viisnurga teatel leidis kohus, et juhatuse esimees Meelis Kukk ja arendusdirektor Toivo Kuldmäe ei ole kihutanud ega kaasa aidanud ärisaladuse avaldamise ja kuritarvitamise toimepanemisele. Kohus otsustas, et süüdistuse aluseks olnud ärisaladus puudus.
