Every year, the prestigious Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA), of which I’m an active member, holds an open International juried exhibition titled “*PAINTING on the EDGE*”, (“a challenge issued to artists to push their artistic limits and create extraordinary and unique images”).
This year, there were nearly 1,100 entries from all over the world. I feel very honoured to have my acrylic abstract painting “*STYLLABUS*” as one of the 50 works selected to be shown at the *FCA * *gallery* *on Granville Island, * *Vancouver, (604) 681-8534*, from *August 18 until September 6*, opening reception and awards presentation on *Thursday August 20, 6- 8PM.* My painting will also be in a special catalogue of this respected exhibition.
