We are excited to share that the Seedrioru Board of Directors are in full planning mode for camp this summer!
To cover all bases, we are preparing for both day camp and overnight camp.
CAMP DATES!
Our preliminary plan is that overnight camp will run from Sunday – Sunday, beginning July 9th, for 4 weeks and day camp will run from Monday – Friday, beginning July 10, also for 4 weeks.
Seedrioru was highly successful in running a safe and Covid free camp last year and has all necessary measures in place. We will continue to update and adjust to protocols as mandated by our local Public Health unit in Wellington County and will stringently enforce all rules.
“MUDIMAJA” IS IN HIGHEST DEMAND!
As there are a number of eager youngsters excited to come to camp, we are pleased to extend the” Mudimaja Laager” from last year’s 2 weeks to 3 weeks for our youngest campers (aged 4-6). We will initially accept campers on a one-week basis only, but if there are commitments from both staff and campers a second, or even third week, may be possible.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST!
To help us better prepare and determine the number of paid counsellors we will need, we need your feedback! We are asking parents to email us and let us know your preferred week(s) to send your children to camp this summer and preference on day camp or overnight.

In 2021 we had a wonderful, well attended camp that would not have been possible without the 50+ dedicated volunteers who came and organized amazing Estonian heritage focused activities, helped in the kitchen, and in so many other ways. We know that many amazing volunteers will help again this year to make it all possible for the children and we are so appreciative of the tremendous support!
There truly is an amazing Seedrioru community that is growing in leaps and bounds!
