Main duties:
- mapping the economic situation of the host country, identifying new opportunities for exports and economic cooperation and presenting them to Estonian entrepreneurs, compiling action plans
- communicating with the agencies and business circles of the host country, as well as with the Estonian companies active in the host country and companies that have invested in the Estonian market; mediating contacts; offering advice on the business environment and providing support in problem-solving
- organising high-level business visits, business seminars and missions, networking and promotional events to introduce Estonia's business environment and opportunities, including e-Residency opportunities
- helping to ensure a base of international contracts that would support external economic activities
- a degree in economics or entrepreneurial experience; work experience in the same field or in a representation of another country or international organisation
- excellent English skills (C1), good host country language skills (B2), Estonian skills recommended
- knowledge of entrepreneurship and the economic environment of Estonia, preferably already established contacts in exporting companies
- knowledge of the economy of the host country; the existence of or the ability to create a network of contacts; proficiency in communicating with local enterprises and authorities
- experience in participating in an international project, work or managerial experience from the private sector
- a results-oriented attitude, independence, a sense of initiative and organisational skills
- excellent sales, presentation and communication skills
- depending on the country – permanent residence or work and living permit in the host country
