The original House of Edgar is a world leader in the Highland and Celtic Wear, manufacturers of the official Estonian tartan. Centre party leader Edgar Savisaar , Estonia’s Boss Tweed, is bent on making Tallinn City Hall his House of Edgar, Tammany Hall of today’s Estonia, built on Russian alien voter, not Estonian citizen support. His opponents accuse him of authoritarianism, nepotism, corruption, destructive intrigues and Machiavellian politics, such as taping other politicians to achieve his goals.
