The Annual European Union Film Festival in Toronto will be screening two Estonian films on Saturday, November 20th, at 6:00 pm at The Royal, 608 College Street, west of Bathurst.
“The Confession”, Director Tanel Toom, has won The Honorary Foreign Film, Student Academy Awards, of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, 2010. The 25 minute film has participated in the San Sebastian Film Festival and the Munich International Film Festival of Film Schools.
“Disco and atomic war”, Director Jaak Kilmi, winner of Best Documentary category at the Warsaw International Film Festival. This 78 minute film has been screened at estdocs 2009, Hot Docs Film Festival 2010, Seattle Film Festival 2010, Los Angeles Film Festival 2010.
