Valve Jaamul, a well- recognized artist had finally decided to move into a retirement home. What to do with an extensive collection of her own art? A sale obviously, prices reduced!
Very early on the morning of November 19 the Estonian Society of Artists in Toronto, in the persons of Jaak Järve, his daughter Kariina and his mother Mai Järve Vomm (who’s also president of the Society) hung up fully twentyeight works of Valve Jaamul on the Gallery room walls in the hope that art lovers will appear.
They were pleasantly surprised. During the day half of the works were sold.
The Society thanks all who came and enjoyed the art, and helped with the exhibit. And very warm thanks to Valve Jaamul who offered her creative work to art enthusiasts at a very affordable price.
