That paraphrase of a famous old newspaper weather forecast pretty much sums up the winter Toronto can expect, according to meteorologists.
“Assuming this forecast goes right,” AccuWeather senior meteorologist Brett Anderson added as a proviso after detailing the long-range predictions.
“It’s back to reality after a ridiculously short winter last year,” he said.
