I know personally that there are many people living in Estonia who would be happy if people living in other countries didn't vote. Makes sense to me, they're the ones who have to live with the day-to-day impact of the election results so why not let them decide for themselves who will make decisions on their behalf? I don't live there, I don't pay taxes there so I don't feel like I have the moral right (much less a moral obligation) to vote, especially when people who live there tell me, they would rather I didn't.
