It appears that Mr. Toomes has reread and summarized Ann Hart Coulter's article "Are you now or have you ever been a second-rate filmmaker?" published in various journals November 2005.
Ms. Coulter is the past has been known to have had problems getting her facts straight and even many conservatives (myself included) have serious reservations about her reporting.
Does Mr. Toomes have any authoritive sources or references other than Coulter to support the statements made above?
This is not to say that this did not happen, it probably did, but have any mainstream historians or other reputable sources not noted for being well known as right wing confirmed her allegations?

0Often, Ann Coulter has been unacceptably insulting and simply outrageous with her suggestions. Nonetheless, she would have been bankrupted by slander- and libel-suits if she wasn't meticulous the facts.
